Inspection of Air-Con ledges on levels 3 to 11

Dear Owners and Tenants at OBH2,

Our main contractor will be inspecting the air-con ledges of all units from level 3 to 11. Rectification will be carried out on detective ledges.

They will be visiting your units. You may contact (Mr. Sipon from San Choon Builders Pte Ltd / Mobile No. 8412 5916) to arrange the inspection and rectification.

This exercise will end 30 August 2017. Please ensure your air-con ledge is inspected at the earliest.

Charges will apply after that.
